A Phase
II proposal was submitted in April, 1996 and reviewed by the U.S. DOEd
DOEd declined funding for Phase II
ANSR would like
to hear from anyone who believes the Phase II project (or something closely
related) would be valuable, and who has ideas about how such a project might
be funded.
Meanwhile, as effort
is available, ANSR is working towards a releasable product. This is a long haul,
without a completion date, since the effort must be interspersed with other
ANSR projects that are funded.
